Polished or not AEM CAI?

Just wondering if it would be worth it to pay the extra $20 or so bucks for the polished version of the intake over the red, blue, or silver?

I would do Injen, but I hear people here in Cali have had some trouble with those come smog test time... I guess they dont have the certification that AEM does for this state... looks great though

CLS. So I guess I'll get the AEM red. Can't even go with the Injen polished because of strict ass California smog laws- need that carb exempt application.
