Quit being so demanding.

J/K

Makes me wonder how much these would be worth on the black market?

I I could learn how to weld.

Oh, I've been lurking when I'm not too busy. I got to keep up with what's new with you motorheads.

I keep waiting for some new, effective and cheap mod you guys come up with. I was really bummed when RES didn't pan out . . . so I keep looking.

I'm planning on the thermo block mod . . . provided you guys don't come back with some concers as to why some folks are reporting coolant and or oil consumption/loss.

I'm also considering the light weight pullies . . . but want to wait and see how those engines hold up. I bit leary as this is my daily driver and can't afford an engine overhaul in 3-5 yrs. . . . provided I don't land some cash and do a 3.5 or what ever the latest block mod might be.

Lastly I'd do headers, but can't afford $1200 for CTs, so I'm waiting on some cheap used ones to show up or some solid reports on the Megan, Stone or Alphwerks brands.

Your is always welcomed.

chuckstl has had the pulleys on his car for something crazy like 80,000 miles with zero problems.

it is installed.

Pictures to follow..

I want to thank Scalbert and MrSteve for their input.

Scalbert, sorry about cutting you off, my cell phone died... I cut you a text message later that evening when i got the phone charged.. Hope you got it.

MrSteve, thanks for walking me through the e-manage process.

Thank goodness my buddy had his laptop... since my Seriel port to USB connector DOES NOT work with the laptop and e-manage.

I pegged Fuel pressure 100 psi at full boost in 3rd gear...it then came down to about 90-95
A/F went to 11.2
Fuel Pressure: 32 at idle

Now I did not install the 9lb boost pulley YET... I justed wanted to make sure all is well first.

I am going to do all my wire looming and clean up the engine bay and take pics..

The cusco bar DID NOT fit... the rear of the I/C bearly clears the STOCK brace, so I do not see how someone will be able to use the themoblock spacers w/ the I/C.

I used 4 Gallon of Honda Pre-mix.... I will switch to distilled water & water wetter in about a month.

One thing I told MrSteve, since we both need to switch from antifreeze to distilled water with the changing season is to attach a splitter so we can turn the pump on and drain the system easily.

I have a question... In regards to flow charateristics why don't you guys put the front of the after cooler at an angle or radius it? Just wondering. As for the guys with the cooler I hope you don't have an auto also.

Oh I will race his make shift Saab in a straight line any day of the week, but that crazy ass wants to speeding down back roads that are heavily populated... NO WAY.

I still laugh to myself when he told us that his mechanic said an Acura could never make over 300 WHP...
