Polished intercooler ready for install
BEFORE PICTURES:
AFTER POLISHING w/ 3800RPM bench buffing wheels.

My new tank..
I am polsihing it now.. should be done in a few days.
I am returning the black plastic fuel cell tank to summit unless someone wishes to buy it ..![Wink](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The glare you see on the IC is from the 3M clear tape protecting the mirror shine..If I removed the tape it is like looking in a mirror, without it, the alum will scratch very easily...

Price $89.95
Summit Aluminum Fuel Cells
Fuel Cell, Aluminum, Natural, 3 Gallons, Each

It does not state the weight... but my guess is 5-6 lbs.

WOW
That looks incredible. I am honestly astonished and impressed. That just simply looks great.
BTW, let me know if you have any problem returning it as I could probably dig up the invoice, etc.

Is there any way that you can smooth out the welds? That would be the icing on the cake!
Ruf
hey Ruf, where you been?
yeah I could of smoothed them out, but they are so beautiful... gives the I/C some personality... besides, if I accidently took too much off I would be in problems...I mean, I had a hard enough time trying to find someone to weld a bung into my headers for the wideband..i can just image the headache trying to find someone to reweld the I/C...
