If the VSA light remains on - and a 2001 CL-S has 28,000 miles on it IS that still a dealer covered evaluation/ repair?
Any clue how to reset / test for "simple" things that could cause it to fire up?

Okay ... I suspect the 2001 Acura has almost bumper to bumper coverage for 50,000 miles. Then at 50,001 that goes away EXCEPT for tranny issues. BUT- somewhere I think I read 3years / 36,000 miles - - -bumper to bumper.
Wondering if anyone - onlist- "knows" would a VSA light remaining on - indicative of trouble in the VSA system - STILL - 4 years after purchase - be a warranty repair item if the car is a cherry with only 28,000 showing on the odometer?
I do not have access to owners manual at this time - - -

shamed into a Teoma search -
http://motortrend.com/roadtests/oney...rd/index3.html
revealed 4 YEARS / 50,000 miles is the "normal" warranty.
So, for a 2001, with 28K - I suppose it depends on the build date . . .

And it is a 4-year/50,000-mile warranty for all Acuras. If you're out of warranty by only a little bit of time, then the dealership could service your car on good faith. Since you have extra low miles, the chances of that are more likely. Go talk to them and see what they say.
