Coilovers, that way you'll get the exact drop you want when you're able to get rims. Don't get rims unless your car is dropped or will be dropped at the same time you get the wheels.

hmm, i didn't see Roth IRA on the list ... guess you must already have it maxed for the year. i'd seriously go with eibach pro kit instead, because the koni's will raise your rear.
