So here's my problem. I cleared my headlights several months ago. A while ago I washed my car and one side started to fog a little. So I just got clear diffusers so I took everything apart again. But when I tried to clean off the fogged part on the plastic housing, it wouldn't come off! What can I do? What are some of the best cleaners for that kind of plastic? It's on the front, clear plastic part of the housing. Anything helps. Thanks.
