WOW, The front of the car wasn't touched and yet that impact was hard enough to deploy the front airbags as well. I really hope you and your friend don't suffer permanant damage although I think you will. YOU NEED TO GET A FANTASTIC LAWYER and SUE this guy for EVERTYING he has, and ever will have.

Don't do that to the guy who hit them, he was drunk and had no idea what he was doing. He probably didn't mean to do it and is probably a really nice guy.

When will idiots learn not to drive drunk and the ramifications it can have on your life, your families life and just like in this situation other drivers on the road.

I wish you and the other passengers a speedy recovery. In situations like this, if you do plan on suing, it will most like be 1-2 years before you should pursue anything.

Just take care of yourselves first.
