Ouch, I guess you'll be getting an aftermarket alarm.

damn man bastards got another one. This is happening too often around this forum. Sorry for the loss - they showed no mercy it looks like.

Learn your lessons man - I learned the hard way too. While it won't help against them bitches getting the head unit, hit cabin trunk release disconnect button in glove box, lock glove box, lock rear glove box, lock ski pass through and at least that way your subs and amps are a little safer. That's how i roll all the time.

that freakin sucks.... People need to be more cautious of that shit... Were you bumpin down the street or somethin... Was it at your house? I keep all my cds and dvds in the center compartment... Each time I leave my car I make sure I have nothing left that would look attractive and I lock my glove box... Damn... sorry for your loss

Where?

Where in SLC? I'm there now.

Are you a student? I see you're from Idaho. Which town?

Sorry for your troubles. I hope your insurance covers everything. It'll take weeks to get over that feeling of being raped -no lube.

ill go check this out soon but in the mean time and for others, what do you mean by this? does this mean the only way you can get into the trunk and others is strictly by a key or FOB? whats the difference between hitting this button, and simply locking it?

sorry to hear about your car, my last 2 cars were broken into, i have a real good feeling my sundance gold is next. highly reccomend upgrading your alarm. ive had good luck (believe it or not) with my python 2 ways.

The factory alarm should of went off when the trunk was opened. Alarm or not if they want it they will take it.

Sorry for the loss. There's alot of theft going, especially it being the holidays.

I think I post this in everyone of these threads.

1: Master switch locked for trunk
2: Glove box locked
3: Rear trunk hatch from cabin locked.

You probably would still have your subs do to they would not have wanted to waste time TRYING to figure out how to open your trunk. And woth the master switch off it still will open with your keyless entry remote.

Sorry to see this man, hope insurance takes care of it. Times lock interior locks, disable trunk, lock glovebox, keep anything valuable looking out of site. Better yet, this gives anyone two more reasons to get tint - so it makes it harder to see inside and so it holds the window together better. Time for that custom alarm too, I'm sure with tint and a bright blue light flashing people think twice about breaking into my car.

<----------5% tint

That really sucks! I live in the SLC area and havn't had any problems with my CL. I had caught people trying to break into my Prelude twice. It made me really glad that I had a nice pager alarm.
