Pics of Voodoo Titanium Shift Knob with Boot/Sock

This is the complete set from Ricks2k.com with Team Voodoo Titanium Shift Knob and perforated leather boot and knob sock. The sock looks pretty silly, but I'm sure will be quite functional during car warm-up on those sub-zero days.

The leather is of nice quality and color. My pics don't do it justice.

The grinder lines on the shift knob are more visible from the flash then in real life. The knob is actually quite smooth. The point at the top is an optical illusion - the knob is a pretty well made sphere, it's not pointed.

The S2000 sock fit pretty well into our receptacle. I trimmed off a tiny edge of leather that was overhanging the holder (underneath the plastic) that prevented the thing from sitting quite flush.

Sorry about my picture quality -- my digital camera is old and in need of replacement. It looks like the flash's reflection from the knob washed the color balance for the entire photo. I'll try to remember to take some non-flash photos later - I have to go back to work now.

Knob + Boot

With Knob Sock for those cold days

I know. I laughed when I first put it on. Rick should be real and call it a Condom and not a Sock!

It doesn't really matter since that sock will spend about 99.9% of its life tucked in the center console bin.

I experimented with the sock and you can depress the top part so it's less penis-like.

you said the sock will be great for the sub-zero conditions but dont you think since the ball is made out of metal the sock would be perfect for 90-100 degree weather?

i mean i would rather shift a ice cold shifter then one that is blazing hot!

Yes, good for both extreme hot and cold.

looks sweet - might be even better with the brushed aluminum CL-S trim!

I think if I had anyone else in the car, I'd suck it up and freeze or burn my hand before I put the condom on my knob.

I can't stop laughing...
No offense...Look at the last couple of pics again, and then read each post up to this point...
This is the funnies thing I've seen all week...

I can't believe you even have the balls to touch your shifter at this point. Hopefully, every Tom, Dick and Harry won't copy you. The first knob doesn't look too bad, IMHO...If you paid a lot for this, it would suck...

Parchment interior comes with the faux wood trim. The gauges and some other trim (like around the shift boot) is faux titanium.

The faux wood trim looks really bright yellow in the pics. In real life it's a lot darker.

yo I got mine in the mail also.....nice pics Slimey, how do you like the knob isn't it 3 times heavier than stock

I had to strap the shift boot a little closer to the top to make iit a little longer cause when in first gear it stretched the boot too much now its perfect

slimey hope you dont mine I posted some pics I think it looks great...perfectly stock but for a countersunk knob like the Voodoo

Looks great guys. I'll probably order me that setup. How's Rick's service? How long did it take to receive?

How does that boot from ricks2k attach to the voodoo knob? Does it screw on or is it tied down?

lou - pics look nice; I was going to adjust the 'snugging' on the top too. The knob looks and feels great!

J.T.'s 3.2TL - Ricks2k delivers what you ask for, but they're not all that consumer friendly. I ordered on May 29th and received the knob last Saturday (6/7) and the boot today (6/12). I emailed to ask for tracking information and received a reply about three days later -- they're not going to get a high rating on their communication skills, or their e-cart tracking, but the product they deliver is quality.
