Performance

I have a 01 CLS w/Comptech Headers.Exhaust,AEM Intake. Went to 3 different performance shops and each basically told me that the only thing i can do know is the supercharger. Is this true? Is there anything else I can do without spending 4.500 or more? Plus I also lowered the car. Need more horsepower?

Remove all excess weight? The lightest forged rims you can find? I heard someone mention pulleys and more aggressive cams.

Sorry guys , but the V-Tec controller isn't going to add shit.
I 've seen a few of them on the dyno and they add zero.
They are a cheap way to help control air/fuel and v-tec engagement with forced induction but still not the total answer there either.
Ground kit is nice to look at but you won't see much out of that either.
Save you're money and buy the supercharger.

I have lightweight 17" SSR Comps with Pilot A/S tires & they saved 12lbs off each wheel.(48lbs total) I can tell a difference in pickup.

none of the above are really known to give any noticable gains.

nitrous is definately the best bang for the buck.

Light weight wheels and tires can add another couple of 10ths.

That was the only mod I had and was beating guys with CAI or headers.

Light weight is 18ls or less per wheel and stay under 22lb on the tires. The further out the weight is from the center of the axel, the more impact it has.

You can also have your heads, intake and exhaust matched and ported.

Anf yes, pullies if you don't already have them.
