People with Flaking Neuspeed Exhaust tips!

What did you do to fix it?

I tried just removing the part at the end that is flaking but i can't get it off.

Any ideas?

Has anybody painted them with success?

Thanks

Thats what i was thinking but getting them off is the key.

Are you familiar with the exhaust? It looks like the very end of the tip comes apart. I drilled out the rivet but cannot get the "insert" at the end off.

Has anybody gotten the insert out?

Someone mentioned cutting off the shitty flakey tip @ a muffler shop...

but I think that's part of what makes the neuspeeds look so good.

good luck man =/.
