i witnessed 2 accidents within 5 minutes of each other with my father...the first one wasn't too bad...old Grand Am hits an Oldsmobile fender coming out of a parking lot...second was much worse...80's Toyota Camry vs BMW X5...think u know who won that match, right??? WRONG...the Camry was virtually untouched after being hit at approx 20MPH...here's how this one went...

in front of St. Francis Hospital, an ambulence was responding to a call, sirens and lights like crazy...ambulence is going through an intersection...all traffic slows...the Camry has to stop short...BMW plows into the Camry...damage to the Camry - minimal...damage to BMW - severe!!! buckled hood, shattered all lights, dented front grill, bumper pushed in and buckled on the sides...what was amazing was that the X5's bumper and Camry's bumper were dead square...not like the X5 plowed into the guys trunk...the force was severe enough to knock the Camry into the middle of the intersection...airbags in the X5 did not deploy...no airbags in the Camry...everyone was ok...needless to say, the ambulence drove around the Camry and left.

so PLEASE watch out...people are clueless when they're driving around the holiday seasons.

It's New Year's Eve! Assume everyone's drunk and stay the hell off the roads!!!!!! Personally, I'm driving some friends down to local hotel (Phoenix Inn) for big bash tonight and even though I don't drink, staying there for the evening! Figure $65 or so for a nice suite is worth it. Besides, won't have to change the sheets in the morning!

It just seems that everyone is always in a rush. No matter where you go someone is always pulling out in front of you or slamming their brakes because their not paying attention. And some friggin dick in a 94 civic always wants to race, Whats the Deal???

Whoa~!! That's crazy!! What suprises me more is that the ambulence just goes around..hehe.... I bet they dispatched in for another ambulence. The funny part is..i just saw something on SUV crash tests on the TV..and from what I remember..they didn't show the X5...but from this..I see what happens. But then again...the front end is supposed to crumple.

yep, when i had my accident with my camry, my whole front was crumpled in and the tauras' real bumper was just dent in, nothing else. And my friend's S430 crashed into a civic, the civic looked fine other than the bumper and a little of the trunk was dented, his mercedes, whole front was crumpled.
