How do payments with American Honda work? I haven't received anything in the mail; coupon book, any type of statement, etc. Should I contact someone and see what is up? I believe my first payment is due on the 22nd.

yo im having the exact same problem i called the finance manager at my dealership and he just said get back with him after the holidays i thought it was just me maybe we will get lucky and slip through the computer with a new cl for our down payment ...

 

They actaully send you monthly bills just like a phone biill. Mine comes toward the end of each month and is due on the 1st.

That's odd. Didn't get my December bill either; figured it was just the usual holiday mail delay... I just whipped a check to them anyways.

it's nice not having those payments. Dont worry abt not getting your coupon book to pay your bills. It'll come in soon. Remember that the postal office now inspects the mail so it takes a bit longer.

 

Those of you who get the coupon books... I'm just finishing up my first set, do I need to call and request more, or do they automatically send me a new set?

 

Never got a payment booklet.

All what I was geting is the montly statement. I maanged to close the $30,000 loan in 10 months. It was a 36 month plan.
I am happier with no loan

 

american honda sends you a monthly bill, no payment book

 

does that mean i dont have to pay for the car since I got a payment book and dont get a monthly bill?
