That's what its like living in the largest mainland state and one of the largest cities in the US!

Are going to get rid of it or risk the unwarrantied tranny?

I am at almost 80K and I don't think I want it after the tranny is out of warranty. I am still on my first and I don't think it would go out on me, but just in case...

start saving the $3k for a trans after 100k,,, still cheaper than a new car. Hopefully the TL 04 trans will fit and will have the major improvements.

I've got 13k since April 2003.

I guess that's great but having gone through 2 trannies already, sure doesn't seem like it's something to brag about.

Just makes me wish I'd never bought mine. Certainly going to dump it (for a hell of a loss I'm sure) before the warranty is up.

Um Mr. Advisor
I need to schedule an appointment, so which of the fine individuals would you be at John Eagle?? I actually need to come on in probably to get the ECU Swap (I don't know if I want to really do this just yet), and an oil change but I have at least 300 more miles to go before I need to get the oil changed.

When I get the oil changed and ECU swap, do you think you might be able to hook me up with a TL loaner? (2004 that is).

No brag, just fact. If this tranny goes and Acura tells me to go fly a kite because I have 100,000 miles plus. It will be my "LAST ACURA".

As far the ecu swap and oil change, no problem. But the 04TL, that might be hard to do. I can definitely set a test drive with my man Averett Barksdale. He's the salesman I always deal with. If you are interested.

Silver, 265-horsepower coupe. Heated black leather seats. Rare black marble trim instead of woodgrain. 6-disc in-dash cd player. Front and side airbags. Great condition with 113,000 miles.

Wonder what gave him the extra 5 hp. How rare is the bowling ball trim?

That's what I mean about getting bargains. Some of these jokers have no clue as to what they own

Roman,

I need to bring my ride in because my SRS light stays on. When can you get me in and get me that orange CL-S loaner?

Thanks!

True, True. You and John Eagle Acura, because of you, have always treated me very fairly. I am hopeful that this relationship will continue for many years to come. I will call later to set a Friday AM apponitment.

Texas is a big state. Most of the major cities are 2 to 6 hours apart. I have about a 50 mile round trip commute daily. The City of Houston covers over 200sq.mi. I am an Engineer at NASA here in Houston. On weekends I go to visit my parents and wife who live a little over two hours south of here. When i first was transfered here my commute was 100mi. each way. For the first 9 months I worked here I averaged 1500 miles per week. It adds up quick.

That car, as ugly as it is, was the most popular loaner car we had. But it sure did turn a lot of heads, quite a few stomachs too I think.

Tell Kim that she needs to drive more. But I have to say thank you. I don't mind her coming in, she's a lot easier on the eyes than you (haha).
