my pass door will no longer open from the inside. i took it to pohanka acura last week they told me they fixed it and it still doesnt work.. also i have 100k warrenty and they tried to tell me some bull shit like it doesnt cover everything and i may need to pay to fix it. i was like wtf do you mean it dosent cover the god damm door then wtf did i buy it for. so he said he would look into it and i never heard anything back yet. so im going to drop it off monday prob when my boy (who is a tech there) can work on it. he was supposed to do it last time and they told me he would work on it, but alas he did not. fuck pohanka acura and fuck the cl. im so glad im getting rid of this car. sorry for my !! any one else run into this prob with the door not opening from the inside

 

If you have the Acura warranty, I don't think its 100k bumper to bumper. When I bought mine from Acura, the extended warrenty only extended the bumper to bumper 1 year, 12k miles. I have 7 year 100k on powertrain though. So its possible they are right.

As for the door, its not that hard to look and see yourself. Just pop the door panel off and look. It may be something obvious. Maybe the door handle cable popped off the inside handle.

 

i'm sure you did already, but did you talk to jerry? or was he the one that said this? (if so i would really be surprised cause he usually bends over backwards to help people)

 

yes, there are a few different warranties. one is 4 yr 50k mile(bumper to bumper)factory, then 7yr 100k powertrain only, then 7yr 100k(bumper to bumper)

you will pay alot extra for the last one......
