Is this part off our car ???
I was walking down to get the newspaper yesterday morning and I saw this piece of metal in the middle of my driveway about 20ft from the road.
It looks like a heat shield, but it doesn’t seem to match anything in the HELM book from the CL.
My wife hasn’t moved her car since Wednesday so I know it isn’t off her Integra.
It was too far from the road to have been thrown from a passing car.
The only other thing I can think of is that someone must have turned their car around in our driveway overnight or thrown it intentionally from the road.
Any ideas ???

That looks like a heat shield commonly found on import cars but it does not resemble anything you will find on a CL or CL/S.It does resemble the upper heat shield on a "b" pipe on an Integra.This is the piece of the exhaust on an integra that is after the catalyst but before the rear muffler.Look underneath your other car and see how rusty the parts are,it may belong to her car.Jens
