Parking on the street?

Do any of you park on the street? I was thinking about upgrading to a 6 speed, but I don't have a garage to park it in... Do any of you park on the street with your babies?

Had it on the street for about 2 1/2 years...hated it. I have so many scratches and chips from folks who park by feel it's not even funny. Some of the stuff I can't even guess how it happened, such as a 1-2 inch long gouge in the lower rear quarter panel on the drivers side. The gouge goes down instead of side to side...wtf?

Never broken into in that time, though I did have the headlights stolen at my gf's apartment complex. On the same street I used to park on, my GSR got all 4 rims/tires stolen.

She's in the garage now, though

Edited: Typo

I have to park in the street because I currently live in the city. I've got to get back out to the county.

Mine's in the driveway w/ a cover over it most of the time. I've only parked it on the street once and it was only for about 45 min.

I used to park mine on the street when I lived downtown Castle Rock. I never had a problem with it getting hit but it would get dirty real quick. Once old man winter showed up I parked it out back behind my apartment building.

I park on the streets all the time. And that's in NYC. It sucks. I get some dings on my bumpers, but I rather have a little bumper rash than spend $10 a day to park in a garage where they do more damage.

i park mine in the street right in front of my place. it's either getting dusty by parking in the street or having the tree over the driveway drop sap or leaves AND dust when it rains.
