My car was either scratched by a shopping cart or it was keyed. Is it possible to have the paint blended within the panel, intead of having to repaint the entire panel? I just want to have any variance in color as unnoticable as possible. I pretty sure that if the paint can be blended, the whole panel would have to be clear coated.
