my car is getting the P0740 error (torque converter clutch circuit error). i'll take it to the dealer, but just so i'm prepared, this should be covered under either the powertrain warranty or the transmission warranty, right? my car is 5 years old with 54k miles on it. (i've already had the transmission replaced once.)

p.s. in researching this problem, i read the great tips about autozone stores loaning out the OBDII unit. my store said they didn't just loan them out any more, they charged my credit card and will refund the amount when i bring it back.
