outside air
when you have the auto climate control on full and then you turn it off, is it suppose to turn off the recirculation?? mine always turns off when you turn off the auto climate control and all the outside air comes through. anyone else's car does that? i don't know if it is suppose to be like that.
also when i have have recirculation on, i think the outside air is still coming in, cuz when i'm driving on the freeway and i have to pass through i guess what would be like a ranch or a place where they raise horses or somethin,,,but yea so when u pass by there on the highway you could smell it pretty bad if u have the windows down, so after that day i always had my windows up, i also had recirculation off, but i could still smell a little bit of the horrid smell... its not open a lot, just a little bit...would dealer fix that?? i'm still covered for the warranty

If recirculation button is lighted (on)=no outside air should be coming in.
Your post is contradictory when you COMPLAIN that the smell is came in when recirculate was OFF--that is designed to let outside air in.
BTW, your recirculate button SHOULD go off when you turn off the auto climate control. Your car is fine!
