my freind just bought a 2005 nissan altima se-r. he wants to race me when the track opens. He is complelty stock except for an intake

I think you should be able to take him..

 

if he knows how to drive/launch well, it should be pretty close..i would give you a slight edge though

I raced a 3.5SE 6spd on the highway, he had his 90lb T&A in shotgun and was rollin on 18s (or so it looked) from around 80 and took him by about 2.5-3 cars up to 110. Drop the chick, the heavier 18s, and add some more power and you've got yourself a race. BTW, I've got CT I/H

 

I saw one of these on Light street downtown the other night. The first I've seen in person. I was in the lane next to him but 3 cars back and couldn't get around traffic to get next to him before he turned off. Car looked nice... still had temp tags but was heavily tinted with windows down just a crack and I could hear his system turned up probably to the max. But that big red R in the back reminded me of all the Sentras I've seen lately He peeled out hard from the light too so I'm sure he would have been game to run for a bit. Would have been nice to hand him his ass and deflate the ego a bit...
