headers gaskets cracked

Hey whats up everyone, I have a problem. I have obx headers on my 01 cl-s for about a yr now and my gaskets that connect on my engine block have cracked and i cant find any company that has any new ones for sale. I was woundering if anyone knew of a place to get new ones and also if comptech gaskets would fit. I called obx and they gave me some number to a company, but they said they have none in stock and it might not be a couple weeks till they get new ones which sux b/c im away at school and have no car to drive to and from school. If anyone knows where to get new gaskets or if comptech ones would fit that would be very helpful. Thanks

just get OEM gaskets at your local dealership. I heard these are better than the ones that come with any aftermarket headers

Maybe not. Aren't the OBX ones really thick to deal with all the irregularities in the header flange? I wonder if you'd have leak problems with the thin OEM gaskets. Comptechs are thin too because the header flange is very straight and true.

I know that they're waaay thicker that the OEM ones but shouldn't the stock ones still work?

Seems like any autozone, oreilly's pep boys or whatever car parts store is in your city could order a crush gasket for a v-6 honda/acura.
