well i dont know how this got stock auto cl-S Vs. GT manual. personally i dont think there's any chance. but a cl-S with all the BPU's including the most important...TIRES, has an excellent chance.even if the GT has a couple like flowmasters and a K&N and tires of his own...

This thread has really gotten out of control...
So what's going to happen when race(s) are done??? Will the losing party agree that the other is faster? Probably not... The way I see this, is this could be debated until we're all blue in the face. Hmmm... This sounds like several other threads Tom as begun in the past.
I will say this. Mustangs generate more torque than our cars. I think a 5spd GT would beat our cars becuase of this. I THINK... Again, a driver can make all the difference.
I just like the fact that the CL-S is a quick car and a sleeper. And if the CL-S wins when the race goes down, that will be great! But if it loses, suck it up people... It's only a race!

A lot depends on the driver of Mustang:P cause I've seen cars that should have murdered smaller less powered cars and they get hammered (and usually it's something stupid like they miss a gear)
if the CL-S has #1 sticky tires #2 good driver (in the CL)
I think this should be a good race actually.

FastVtecCl you are the fastest posted Cl on the East Coast but you better watch out me and SFLA-TypeS are comin up to moroso soon, hopefully some Gt's will follow, all they will see is my Super Draggers. :P

All I saw was you twisting what a handful of CLS owners have reported as races into this whole "omg we beat GTs all the time" which I have never seen people here say. I also see you denying that a CLS could ever possibly have beaten a Mustang GT, which puts you at odds with reality, because it's definitely possible as it has happened. You also twisted this into a track debate, when the races people were talking about were just on the street.
