onstar questions
Huh.
OnStar is a mobile telephone and a GPS locater, with links to car diagnostics. I don't think you're actually being tracked until you press the OnStar button.
I don't think the OnStar agreement includes their making an effort to defend petty citations.
To wear your seatbelt do this:
Insert metal tab into buckle.
I just don't get it. Wear your seatbelt. If your not going to do so, then don't speed or otherwise call attention to your driving. It's too easy of a citation for the police to enforce.

Hmmm, maybe you should call... Onstar?
AS for the seatbelt 'charge' just tell it to the judge. Before I became a ticket receiving professional I would remove my belt before the officer came to window. Not anymore. I am sure to turn down the stereo, turn off the NAV, keep the seatbelt on and have all the information at the ready before they get to my car. I have received only warnings lately.
