One thing I noticed about the CL-S..

This car looks better in person than it does in photos. Somehow, when I look at it in photos, it doesn't make the fireworks go off or anything. It's attractive, but not "all that and a bag of chips". On the other hand, I saw a white Type-S last night on the drive home and found myself looking twice at it (staring at it, actually). Nice looking car.

(If you're in Austin, it was on 71/290 about to turn left onto William Cannon just before the "Y" in Oak Hill. Was that you? :-) ).

My alltime favorite Acura from a looks perspective is still the original Acura Legend coupe, in red with tan leather interior.

I agree with you. they look better in person. Especially after it has been lowered and tinted!!!

I think the CLS looks good from low angles. If you see a photograph from the front or rear from a very low angle the car looks very agressive. Straight profiles dont work as well.

The car looks sweet at night with the headlights on and your looking at it diagonal from the front.

When I look at my car in profile, I think -- wow, good looking car, glad I own. When I look at my car head on, I think -- Okay, not a bad car. When I look at my car from the back I think -- Boring and kind of a fat ass. But all in all I love it.

Well I saw yet another Accord coupe and first thing comes to mind: TIN can, Cheap, cut corners. There is no question that the CLS is much better made, sleek and handsome and MUCH better looking than the new Accord coupe. The 4 door sedan is WAY BUTT UGLY TOO ! Sorry guys, hands down to the CL ! Period.....

My 03 CL-S 6spd is one sexy bitch in my eyes...

Refined and sophisticated, but strong...

Soft on the inside, hard on the outside...

and drives like a demon.

Oh yeah, she's got it where it counts.

i cant get over how fugly the new accd looks...so round and plain...good std options tho....but everytime i see the coupe or the sedan from the back, it makes me wanna cringe...also is it just me, or has anyone else here mistaken the car for a civic? when lookin directly at the front?

Its very comforting to know that I am not a fanatical strange bastard, because all of you feel the same way I do. I find myself staring at my car all of the time. When its clean of course.

Although I think it might have something to do with the car that you own. I had two SHO's before this and I was in love with those as well. I cant really tell what it is.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here, but I think that most of us that own CL's have a good appreciation for cars. They are beautiful, strong performing, and very pimp..... everyone that sees it or gets in it are very impressed.

Anyhow, you all know that..... but does anyone know if I can change my screen name, or do I have to start over?????

I agree about seeing it in person versus photos, and definitely with the Comptechs and the rake to the front with tinting the car looks awesome imho. One cool thing just happened to me, i returned from a trip to L.A. last week and some kids had written in chalk near each car, things like "Welcome to Sacramento " and other stuff. Around mine they spelled out " Cool Car " and " I love your Car " In addition to the lowering and the springs, i think the 18 inch Volks and RED also make a big difference !! Made me feel good about the car
