One more Intake question

I understand that Park ave Acura stocks the xephyr intake that way I dont have to deal with the headaches Ive heard of on the board. So do I go with the xephyr or the AEM? Is there any difference between the two?

After comparing the Xephyr, and AEM intake with Synth19. The AEM sounds a little more throatier.

I've not seen (in person) or heard a Xephyr, but I doubt there's a significant difference in anything between the two. An intake is an intake... they're all pretty much the same.

Since it appears that Xephyr no longer sells here I would not put a part on my car that is not supported. I am switching to a Comptech Ice Box when they come out.

This is what MikeB said from the Comptech Forum:

Once we can finalize the layout of the supercharger, then we can complete the design of the Ice Box. The supercharger is the controlling factor since it will be supplied with an Ice Box.

Itz going to be a while

Sorry if this has been asked before, but frankly I'm just too lazy right now to use the search utility... So what's the difference between the comptech ice box and a regualr intake?
