Which One?!?

Which One?!?
Need help trying to decide which car...
I have done quite a bit of research on all (thanks alot to this fourm) and I'm looking for personal feedback on these:
00-01.5 S4
01-03 CL-S
WRX-Sti
-99 M3
or G35
Or open to any sugestions...
I have read about some problems with the earlier S4's and the oil lines to the turbos not being sufficent, but love the vitals when chipped and with I/E...also AWD
The tranny problems w/ the CL really get me, plus FWD too, Wrx is nice but a 4-banger @ 300 hp & torque
I don't care for the Maxima or the Accord coupe
Thanks for any comments or suggestions

they all good cars I would get the audi if you know much about turbo's because the turbo doesn't last that long, the cl typeS is great long term reliability except trans? The m3 E36 is nice but expensive for the maintence!
I love my Cl But i will never by a another front wheel drive car!!!

All good cars and all very good looking cars. Think of it now in how long each car will last and repair cost. A used audi and a used M3 will cost you an arm and a leg everytime it goes to the shop and those cars are older now so they are going to be getting up there in mileage and you will pay a premium for a low mileage one.
STI= 30 grand for 300hp? Hmm thats up to you as soon as you pick it up you have to take it to a stereo shop since it has no radio or speakers.
I would go with a CLS or a G35. My honest opinion would be a g35 6mt. You can find a nice low mileage one for around 30k. Then you have a brand new car with a warranty, that is fun to drive and damn is it sexy.

right around 25k, although i could finance a little more...it will most likely be used since it's a whole lot cheaper...up front purchase, not leased...I my best friend works at a car auction too, so thad bring the costs down a couple large too...The fact of having to replace a twin turbo system, S4, is also a big turn off and the dealer warranty ends at 50k...

Also how about an s2000. RWD probably the most fun car I have ever driven. Handles like race car. I have to say that car was made perfect. I dont have one complaint about that car. New 33k used 20-30k. My brother picked up an 02 with 5000 miles for $24,000. ALso you are in Orlando so it would be a blast to have in the sun.

LOL yeah true Im 60ft 180 and I can only take it on short trips. Hmm 25k range. How about a 97-02 used corvette. They are around 25k now. You'll sure as hell fit in one of those. or 98-02 SS camaro or WS6 trans am. Great deals on those right now. might be the wrong direction though.
If you arelooking for fun to drive Id stay away from the CLS my girlfriend has one (hence the name) and its a beautiful car but man its boring to drive. Very fast but thats it, theres nothing to the handling at all. Its more classy than fun to drive.

ok last 2 ideas these are more up your alley.
99-03 BMW 330ci 5 speed. Very fast handles like a dream and you cant beat the build quality of a BMW. If you've ever driven a BMW it drives like nothing else i have ever driven. Its amazing what that little car can do.
96-98 mitshubishi 3000gt VR-4 320hp AWD. They are about 25k for a low mileage one. will be a bit difficult to find one though.

I would go out and drive all those cars and see which ones you like. Take peoples suggestions but make your own opinions. DOn't just go read the magazines and read these boards to choose a car.
Also, what are your goals? Modding, racing? What things are most important to you in a car?
If you are looking at cars in that range, how about a volvo S60R? I never likes volvos until this one.
As for S4's, if you get a certifies preowned, you will get a decent warranty. If the turbos go out of warranty, it's quite an expensive repair since the engine needs to be pulled to get at the turbos. It's a minumum of 20 hours labor, I would say 30 hours for a good complete job. I wouldn't buy an S4 unless you want to mod it. It doesn't handle particularly well with stock suspension and if you can hold back from chipping it and having almost 400 lbs of tq, then you are just crazy.
well, to this I agree...if it's a sport package car. I drove a non sport 330i and it was way soft. The power delivery was very smooth. Deceptively fast. Didn't seem to throw me back in the seat like a friends TL with headers and icebox.

THe only one I can argue is the FWD CL-S ... you'll always come down to THAT as the weakest link in that car... none of the others have that problem/issue .. hence, you'd never whine about it in the future when you attempt to drive any of them aggressively on dry pavement.

350Z...nah, I think it's pretty ugly, I know that the G35 is practically the same car but the looks of the Infinity are way better...As for that labor on the S4, damn thats crazy, 20-30 hrs!?!?
Def. gonna mod whatever I get I/H/E maybe chip or reprogramed ECU...the basic's...My friend has the 3 series CI i think its the 330¿, but it's only has 185 hp and runs the 1/4 in low 16 (auto)
V-8's arn't exactly my thing right now so...
G35 is looking pretty good...

if you are looking for fun and fast cars, you should look at some used 93- 98 supras tt or 90-94 nsx, they are around the 25-30 range and I am llook for one of those now ,, nsx is super sexy and will turn head forever and the supra has unlimited potential, I cant make up my mind on those to cars myself
