ondensation in headlights...
ondensation in headlights...
I replaced the high beam bulbs last week Is it a coincidence that there is condensation. The headlights were covered with 6 inches of snow for a week....
Well the only other reason why most people get condensation in their headlight housings is if they take the housing out to clear the lights. So if you didn't do this, then it probably should be okay..it might just be the 6in's of snow!
i have this problem intermittently. i had it for a while on my passenger headlight (my lights aren't cleared) whenever it rained or i washed my car. then i had my bra on for awhile and since i took it off it hasn't fogged up yet. but yesterday while washing my car again, the driver side slightly fogged up.

This is caused by humid air getting to the housing when you open it up to change the bulb.
You should be able to wait until there is a dry day, take the bulb out again, let fresh air into the housing, close it back up, and good to go!
I had this happed to some PIAA driving lights when I changed the bulb.
Definitely not worth taking your car to the dealer for a day...
