Oil Pressure Switch/VTEC Solenoid

I had a cel a few days ago for code p1259 and the car stumbled around 4500 rpm. I searched and found its a vtec malfunction, and usually needs a new oil pressure switch and/or vtec solenoid. I cleared the code and it hasn't come back on, but I still have no vtec. I looked underneath the car but not sure which is which? Is the oil pressure switch the green one? Which one is the vtec solenoid and how do I take it off?

How's your oil level? Too low & vtec will not engage.

The oil is full and I've driven less than 1,000 miles since the last change. And I don't know if it's relevant, but I have new o2 sensors and a new hi-flow cat. The cel came on the day after the cat was installed but before the o2 sensors were changed.

Is it terrible idea to drive it if I keep the rpm's in the lower half of the tach?

mayeb clear the code and use some defoulers to adjust the lenght of the o2 sensor in the Hi flow CAT.

I cleared the code when it first lit up and it hasn't come back. A delouler was put on the rear o2 sensor when I changed it. The old cat was a hi-flow too but a smaller diameter and I had a defouler on that sensor.

I put in denso sensors, but not because of this problem; I had a cel a couple times several months ago for o2 sensor voltage or something like that, but I've barely even driven it the last 3 months. I don't have a gauge to check the oil pressure and I'm not sure where to check it. Speedo works fine. The car runs good in lower rpm's.
