Oil Cooler, What Do U Think???

I wanted to ask what people have to know about an oil cooler for our car. Pro, Cons. Or just anyknowlege that u may know.

Only possible con I can think of is the dealer giving you crap about the cooler causing a failure (in the unlikely event of, um, a tranny failure).
