Ight well here the story i need help. This weekend my cousin calls me and say his car wont start so we start messing with it. 1993 chevy lumina v-6 3.1L. We replaced the fuel pump, filter, and the pump will not turn on. we checked all the fuses and relays and everything is alright. y wont the pump turn on is my question? i cant figure it out and need help badd.......
