OBX rear lower strut tie

Anyone try this?
http://www.obxracingsports.com/perfo...17&subCat2ID=2

skunk and dcsports also make a similar product. the DC sports and OBX look remarkably alike. I emailed OBX, and they said it would fit the CL. they replied in like 5 mins. pretty impressive.

OBX aside, is something like this purely cosmetic or is there some performance to be gained?

How could it be cosmetic... no one cares to look down there for "show" purposes. Damn thing better perform.

Well since my front cusco lower arm does help...5% improvement in handling, I assume the rear would be similar also...another 5% overall in handling.

I don't trust OBX after seeing that one member's headers that was fudged up. personally I'd go with DC sports I see a lot of Civic and Accord (4-cylinders) running around here with DC sports stuff with them on them and I talk with them and they haven't had anything go bad or break

Where did you get your cusco bar? Does it work with headers?

Blxmjx has a gb on it for $90 shipped right now. It will fit any aftermarket headers. Do a search for the Cusco upper strut gb and it should be in there.

I spent all day installing comptech springs, And i've decided none of these bars will help.

the beam that the front lower control arm connects to is freaking stout

same as the rear, the beam that connects the rear control arm is also stout.

I can't see how these would reduce flex at all. They just add more LB's to our already heavy car.

please, prove me wrong.

Honestly, the rear lower arms...front and rear don't make a super difference, but when you've done everything else...they do help a little. The sways will make a difference.
