If the other guy is paying, definitely go to the Rallye Auto Body shop. It used to be in Roslyn, Long island between the Rallye Acura and BMW dealers. It moved sometime last year to a bigger facility. I will try and get the phone number and location for you.
They do great work but are expensive

NO........DON'T GO TO RALLYE AUTO BODY SHOP!!!!!!!!Atleast don't go if u want it fixed perfectly. Trust me...I'm a tech at Rallye Acura and we see the work they do all the time. They are such hacks there and I would never bring my car there...even w/ my discount!!!All the time we see the bumpers and shit that they have to paint for us...complete garbadge. Trust me...don't go. They do however have the largest auto body shop in the tri-state area...place is fukin huge!!!!!!If u want...go check them out. They are in carle place on Glen Cove road.

it all depends on the kind of damage you had, some body shops are better at bondo then others might be with installing new pieces.... just look at the cars that come out of the shop you pick that would give you a good idea on their work.

Well actually it depends on who's looking at the car. I should'ove explained this before...sorry. You see to me their work is garbadge cause I can see the shit from a mile away. The average customer or the un-trained eye would prolly think it looks amazing. But to mee when I see this kinda stuff everyday when I'm doing used car checkouts or trade-in checkouts...i've been trained to tell if a car has been hit or painted in a matter of minutes. And sometimes it'll be hard to tell if it was painted. It's those bodyshops that make it really difficult for me to tell if it was painted or not that I would go to. I don't however know which ones do that though. Ya know what I mean like if u build computers for a living you'll be able to tell in a heartbeat if a certain computer is being built w/ shitty parts or if it's not just right in ur opinion....when that same computer could be amazing and excellent quality to the guy that bought it and does nothing but surf the web allday. Thats all...you might love their bodywork...but from what I can tell and see I would never bring my car to them. Sorry for the confusion and I hope my advice helps.

well like I said to me they don't do amazing work...they do decent work. But I can tell the difference when most people can't...I wouldn't worry about it too much...Just to give an example we had a customer want to replace their front bumper on a TSX last week cause of a fender bender. So we sold her a bumper and we personally brought the bumper to our bodyshop for painting. We picked it up the next day and at certain lighting you would be able to see very small sand abrasions. Now it was a black TSX and it was on the bottom of the front bumper...most people would even notice shit like this but I have to inspect everything to make sure "I" don't get any comebacks. Sooo we sent the bumper back to them to re-paint...the second time it was damn near perfect. I would just double heck everything when picking up...if u don't notice anything bad then ur good.
Good luck mang...
