Jens did a 4 wheel alignment today at PAA in lieu of my new wheels (alignment was WAY off!). what a great guy. he's the only tech to have EVER been so customer oriented. even bought me to the back service area to take a look under the car to give me a hands-on look of what he was doing. they also fixed some issues with my AC under warranty which i didnt expect to get fixed, but did. they even disinfected my AC system with stuff that makes my AC smell all minty now, lol. he pointed out something regarding my subframe (apparantly i've bottomed out my car quite a bit) and he even went as far as disassembling part of my bumper, since its lowered, to perform the alignment. PAA performed an A+ job today and i left very pleased. this is my first experience w PAA and i will let them be THE dealer i go to from now on (since my dealer is so mod-unfriendly).

Nice to hear that theres such a good dealer 5 mins away from my house. Well I am a few thousand miles late for my 15k service. I think i'll make an appointment with PAA to do that. Hope they dont mind that im late... Also have them install my cai too.

 

I had them do some work for me last Thursday (headers, camber kit, and my 30k service) and they were excellent. It was my first service trip to them as well and I will only be going back to them!! Jens, Wayne and Pete rock
