Noob 02 sensor question

I know the difference between wide band and narrow band but how do you tell which sensor is wide or narrow band?

I currently have NTK pre-cat and stock post-cat.

physically i don't know. But widebands usually come in a package with a gauge. Do you want to set up a gauge or something?

Ya I was thinking either a gauge or something like this
Obviously the gauge would be more accurate but the other wouldn't require a gauge.

I took a closer look at the wideband kit AEM offers and the sensor they use is a bosch sensor.
