No one from MA-North /NH?!!!

I live and work 6 miles away from Sunnyside Acura. Amazing Why no one else is on this BB? I am sure that there are some out there who bought CL-S.

Just curious.

I live down in MA off 93 but work in N. Chelmsford about 15 mins from Nashua.

There are a couple of Eastern MA based guys.

I have not used Sunnyside at all though. Comments?

Thanks! Mike. Yeah, I am aware about yourself. You emailed me once, right?

As for Sunnyside, first they do offer an Acura loaner and handwash and interior vacuming (great, IMHO). I used them for warranty service, rebuilt my engine, changed the wipers/fluids, scheduled to replace my NAVI ECU on 01/15. A one detailing/waxing (exterior only for $90).

Their parts are expensive (MSRP), Labor for Comptech is nuts(way too expensive).

I like they way they treat their customer though, very respectfull and nice .....

NNH,

"rebuilt my engine"! I assume not on your CLS.

Also, what's a "wipper"

Oh! Yeah, I had a severe oil leak at 3k miles, my Night Hawk (CL-S) got its lower engine block replaced in addition to new gaskets.
The worst thing Waiting period was 1 full month, on the positive side I got 100,000 miles powertrain warrantee. In addition, $953.85 got remimbursed

Oh I am not using the cool Spell Checker.... According to www.m-w.com, "wippers" - "p" ==
"Main Entry: wip·er
Pronunciation: 'wI-p&r
Function: noun
Date: 1552
1 : one that wipes
2 a : something (as a towel or sponge) used for wiping b : a moving contact for making connections with the terminals of an electrical device (as a rheostat) c : a usually motor-driven arm with a flexible blade for wiping a window (as the windshield of an automobile or airplane)

Hi Nashua_night_hawk & Mikes 18,
I am also from Boston area. I live in Malden and I work in Burlington. I have been searching for local pros for a while and I found your names. Nice to meet you.

I am thinking about buying CL S. I did talk to some dealers and I have few quesions and I would appreciate if you guys could help me with those.

1. What are the prices that you guys have paid for your cars?

2. Where can I get glass tinting and what are the limits?
3. Do we have any spa shop for modifications in our area?
4. What I have to do to get rid of those road lamps? Do we have any same model fog lamps in the market?

5. I have seen so many postings about all kinds of modifications like PIAA lights, headers, springs, etc.... Can we do them right here in MA or NH?

6. I was thinking about taking black/perchmant, nav, spoiler, burl shift knob, locks, gold... how much do you think that I can pay for this car with those options?

I would appreciate your time and I will be in touch if you don't mind getting e-mails from me.

I paid 30K for non-nav in July, I would expect you to be able to negotiate 28.5 - 29 for the same model.

Check your yellow pages for auto detailing or auto glass shops in your area. I think MA has a 30% tint limit

??-check your yellow pages

I dont think there are any drop in replacement "fixtures". You could add an auxilary set of road/fog lamps

Absolutely, it's a free country. If them CA owners can do headers, we certainly can.

I would think somewhere around $31,500 would be doable (that's excluding tax, title, etc) given the current market.

Hi Guys,

I live in Ayer and work in Concord, MA. Had my Type S (silver) for about 3 months now.

This is my first response on this board. I posted occasionally to the "other board".

I got my CL-S at Acura Peabody. They also do wash and vacuum with service, and I have no complaints with their service. Their "internet price" for a CL-S, non-navi is $29,800 which is on the high side.

See you guys around!
