Actually it almost happened. I beleive I could have picked up a new Z06 for about$40k and 0%. Add in my car (mods removed) and I could have had it for little...

But I am having too much fun with the CL-S6SC right now and I really need a back seat just in case. So I that idea was dropped quickly.

That picture is the eastern shoreline of Lake Michigan, and is the largest fresh water sand beach in the world.

Yes it will stay in a wet slip in season, and indoors on a dry bunk during the winter months.

Nice boat... Maybe I'll take a drive up one day. My family is from the state. Gives me a reason to visit Grandma.

Do you recall a contact name at SFPH?? I beleive Smitty arranged to send them a pulley for inspection.

If you don't mind, I would certainly appreciate the use of it. I want to get the IC on but would also like to see the A/F ratio at the same time.

Ah, the convenience of a wet slip; I wouldn't do it any other way. Except here in the south it can remain in the slip year round. I am so looking forward to getting back into boating once the girls are of age.

How far are you from the slip??

Same problem?

It's probably a damn cold solder joint or the regulators are bad or something - its a pain in the ass to debug!

Mod, good luck. I have a boat also. 2000 Wellcraft 2600 Martinque. Lost of fun (May - Sept). Think the car cost you money, you wait. Boaters World and West Marine will love your checkbook. You'll never not still need something for the boat. Tiara's hold their value like carzy. Great Cruisers. Did you get it Survey'd yet ? Bottom painting sucks.

I dunno, I checked everything twice and still nothing. All joints look fine and no lifted traces that I can tell. So I gave up and emailed Peter for an RMA number.

BTW, did you use the USPS to send it back?? I was going to run it by the post office tomorrow.

That's the tip of the ice berg. Wait till you have to crawl down into the bilge to do work on the motors and stuff. I got stuck with the job all the time because I was always small when we had big boats. But we had to go for smaller boats or my brother would have to pay for college. I still think we should have kept the boat.
Once you have to fill up, don't pass out when the bill is close to 700-800 bucks. Its always fun to invite people out on the boat and they offer to pay for gas . Once they hear the cost they nearly pass out. As stated before, boating is fun, but it makes the value of cars and parts/maintnence seem like your buying model cars. What kind of mods do you plan on doing to it? More power for the motors? Or some electronics? Just hope your wife doesn't see your credit card bill or the checking account statements. Again, good luck and more importantly have fun with it.

I've had two other boats, one in a slip for six years when the kids were younger, and just sold a pair of Hoda Turbo Waverunners, so I know what I'm in for. We actually fish thru October. The survey is done, and everythings cool. Its got fresh bottom paint, so It's good for a few years. When it needs it again, I'll leave it to the pros.

Yeh this is my 3rd boat. Sounds like you're a seasoned boater.
Nothing like hanging out on the Lake for the weekend ! Enjoy.

I looked at the install instructions for the accord on the CT website, and it looks like the cast elbow that bolts up to the intake manifold, and the plastic elbow that attaches to the Icebox outlet elbow, are different, but the blower and mounting brackets appear to be the same.

Yup, USPS with insurance - $18. They will return it within a week and a half probably.

Had, we had to pay for our twins (five IVF cycles add up quick when insurance covers 0% of it). So I sold it off almost two years ago prior to beginning another cycle.

Anyway, it was a 1999 21' Caravelle BR which we purchased new in '99. Perfect for what we did; drive five minutes to Victoria Harbor Marina, get on the boat, cruise about five minutes to a nearby cove, throw anchor and stay in that same spot all day.

We did occasionally cruise around which was nice in that boat since it had an 8.5' beam. It didn't turn on a dime but certainly road well.

I'm planning on getting another when the girls are about four or five and can start enjoying it.

Man, I can't remember the measurements I took and now I can't search for them.

I beleive the base Alternator/SC pulley was 3.0 inches and the HBP was 3.275 inches. Does that ring a bell?? I'll shoot Terry an email to see what the SC pulley measures in at; I beleive it is 3.9 inches.

It is retarding my timing right now based on increasing boost levels. But unfortunately it does not advance timing on our cars. We tried but the stock ECU freaked out when it saw this occuring.

The 2 happiest days of my life:

1. The day I bought a boat.

2. The day I sold my boat.

Yea, that rings a bell, 3.0 and 3.275, but I don't know about the 3.9.

If so and if boost does drop too much with the IC, a 3.6 inch SC pulley should be the correct size to go to.

When I had the max pulley cut you had recommended .550 larger,...I'm not sure if there is a direct coralation between the two.

Have you decided where you're going to start with injectors?

Larger on the alternator pulley and that sounds right with the HBP being 3.275 inches. Comparing the ratios, the SC pulley should end up with a similar final ratio but be smaller when used in conjunction with the HBP.

3.275 / 3.92 = 0.834 HBP Ratio
3.550 / 3.92 = 0.904 MBP Ratio

3.275 / 3.615 = 0.906 Ratio

I'll see where my A/F ratio is, drop the pressure, tune with the additional injection function and go from there.

But from what I saw on the dyno with the additional injection, we have a ways to go which surprised me.
