This NO GARAGE stuff freaking BLOWS !!!!!

They are prepping my garage to do the cement floor and my car has been outside in the elements since Monday. More info in THIS THREAD.
Normally this would be bad enough, but combined with the fact that my lot is surrounded with 100+ foot tall mature trees makes it even worse.
It rained this week and right now my car is a SAP COVERED WATER SPOTTED FUCKING MESS !!!!
I may have to CLAY it to get all this CRAP off.
I think even Bdheilig "The Acura Professional Detailer" could beat me in a “ZAINOFF” right now.
This has me pretty HOT if you haven’t guessed by now.

Tomorrow the contractor is coming over to build the wooden forms for the footers, but they can’t pour the concrete until FRIDAY.
Actually they’re doing HALF on Friday and the other HALF on the following Monday.

I’m using all my engineering skills to build something over that hole to get my car INSIDE there on Sunday.

I feel for all you guys that have to park outside all the time.

Shawn S

Before anyone beats me to it, I’ll give myself a couple of THESE:

Shawn,

Find a friend that has a garage!!! I can't believe you have to live this way!!

Just think, in a couple more days you will have a new floor in your garage. Are you getting a special finish so it makes it easy to wipe up any messes that may occur. I have some speical epoxy on the floor that works great.

Hang in there...

Shawn -

I got a third garage you're more than welcome to store the Blinger in for a couple of days. I'll give you a ride back to your place. Just let me know.

Oh quit your crying bish. You couldn't win the Zainoff before and you're certainly not gonna win one now. :'(

I'm just kidding. Nothing but love for my Zaino brethren.

Hey I'll let you keep you hunk of shit in my garage if you want.

???????

A car without a garage, does this only happen in the NE...

Heck, we in the south at least have things called carports next to the trailers...

JK, having a home for the car is always a nice thing often taken for granted.

Nope…The contractor is coming over at 7:30AM to build the forms.
I’m helping and installing the (2) floor drains into the stone.

I guess I should be getting to bed before the BEER buzzzz wears off.

I’ll probably wash & “Z” Sunday morning.

What a shame. Try having all your problems, plus basic dirt, & road grime on your car for 3 weeks, not being able to wash the car because it hasn't stoped raining. I'd trade my 2nd car for a garage any day.

No garage would suck big time. In Florida, the sun would eat them up badly. Fortunately my cars stay inside the garage and my toys in the shop. Unfortunately the shop is totally full of my sons crap right now as he is moving and I ended up being the staging ground. Hopefully things will be back to normal in a month or his stuff will be by the curb on garbage day.

I have no garage, and I probably won't have one for another 4 or 5 years, how sad is that. Poor crappy paintjob.

My first gen has no garage. It was spoiled and pampered until we got the 02 CL. The first gen lost it's spot in the garage and parked outside.

Also before I got my CL i don't think it ever got a garage cause the crappy paint job on the car went bad after less than two years, fortunately Acura made good on the warranty and gave it a new paint job, stripped it down to the metal and did it right.

Ditto!

Garages 'round here cost you an extra $30-$40 grand to your house!
