nice, but id say the seller is out of their mind to ask for that kind of money - even keeping negotiating in mind...

That would be mine. As far as the price being so high.. It's really hard for me to sell this car because iv done so much to it. So if it doesn't sell its no big deal to me.

with 70K miles on it, it's really nothing special. Looks nice and all, but other than the lip and rims, it doesn't have much. Maybe if it was supercharged it would be worth more, but they are on crack if they think someone is going to pay 23K for that. I could probably sell my stock 03 6spd w/ 69K miles for 14-15K at most... so there's no way that car is worth 23.

It's worth 15K at most... Mods usually decrease the value of the car too, so they'd be better off parting it out...

If they are going to stick with that asking price, I think they are going to be owning that car for a long long time

#1 rule. start high, negotiate low. plus he said he's unsure on the sale and maybe he's going with the "everything i own is for sale!, for the right price."

def. one of the nicest cl's i've seen, very clean style for sure...you can probably make more in the end by parting out and selling the car stock...but i've been in this situation before, it's really tough to strip ur ride down and take off everything you've done and come to love about your car...well good luck with whatever path you end up taking...and that goes for keeping the car too! (i'm sure when summer comes around you won't be bored to cruise in a nice coupe / nice weather)

the car is just beautiful man, I would never sell that I would just keep improving upon it.
Ill make it one of the hottest things running on the road.
By the way BMWs are highly overated trust me I know.
I would recommend an Infiniti G35 as a replacement car instead.

By the way wat size is ur rims?

If you think my post was bad, you should have seen the one I wrote and then deleted when I found out it was a members car

For reference, RonDog bought his stock CL 6spd w/ navi for $19.5K with 16K miles over a year ago... https://acurazine.com/forums/showthread.php?t=185385

While the kit is really nice on Kyle's car, the kbb value of a CL with that mileage is about $14K... mods aren't going to increase the price substantially, and may actually hurt re-sale value (which is why most people part out)...

Here's the only 6spd in recent history that sold for close to $20K... 44k miles, never driven in winter, sold for $18,249.

https://acurazine.com/forums/car-parts-sale-361/sold-fs-ma-ri-area-2003-cl-s-6sp-only-44500-miles%2A%2A-satin-silver-black-non-nav-372570/

if youre going to a bmw 5 series, id aim for an early 2000ish M5. the new m5 is way to complex..and a plain 5 isnt that attractive..
