New shocks with Comptech Spring install?

For those with Comptech Springs, did you leave your stock shocks or at that time install new shocks? I understand that upon installing springs, shocks/struts need to removed and is an EASY time for replacement, and that other lower springs (like H&R) might not give long-life to OEM shocks.

If you chose NOT to replace your shocks/struts, how many miles do you have on your factory shocks?

I've read several posts regarding the variety of shocks available, but am wondering if I can save some $ by not purchasing new shocks and put the money into some tires.

I understand CT springs won't void Acura's warranty on the OEM shocks. Anyone have to replace their OEM shocks with or without upgraded springs?

Sorry for all the questions, but have decided to investigate (again) in some springs. I can purchase my CT springs and have them installed for about $550. And am thinking of having my 30K service, and warranty work done at the same time to see if they can work something out with me. Thoughts?
