Are new OEM rotors & pads any better?

So if I can convince the dealer to replace my front pads and rotors under the TSB, are they any better than the ones that were orignally on the car or can I expect the same problems in the near future?

There isn't any change in the rotors. The dealer will turn them if they are still within spec. And replace the pads (which are new and were causeing the rotors to warp). Now, if you can convince the dealer that the pads have caused so much warpage on the rotors that they should be replaced (like I did), then you'll get new rotors.
