There is a picture there. Go to Headers, then Page 2 and below the Toyota, you will see the Accord V6 Racing Header and it's the same picture that they have had before, the Comptech Replica and price is $495......... so $520 shipped sounds about right....

I am liking these OBX guys. Capitalism at its' very finest! Maybe they can copy SSR's GT3 rims so I can afford those as well.

I'm no expert, but those headers look an awful lot alike. I think it is the same model (Comptech copies) one is ceramic coated $368.50, and one is stainless steel $495.00. I don't think these are Prototype knock offs, just cheap and cheaper versions of Comptech. Did the guys in the group buy get ceramic or stainless?

Okay, I think they're saying that the RACE version (the last pic on the 2nd page) is $495...the first two pics are the regular header we bought through GB before with the newly added ceramic. Again they used the same pic for ALL three of them. The one form GB is galvanized stainless steel.

So they are different headers then? I heard from TL forum that they were the same. I thought it was to due to the groupbuy influence. Damn I need to know! Everytime SSAutochrome sends an email it's always two word emails not describing or answering anything.

Guys, relax....

They're the same ones. The $495 was the original price. $368 is the "group buy" price, but its not really being run like a group buy. you can order directly from the website at that price and I'm not even sure if that price is still available.

One of the ATL.com members got an email from ssautochrome yesterday, saying that they are out of stock for 10 days due to the "port situation" on the West Coast.

BTW.... that same email verified that there is only one header for the AV6/TL/CL.

NO, it is not a copy, read the following response to my question:

Tell everyone it is the same header

It was our old product number

No difference

Use the top 2 Item numbers , forget about AV6

Thanks!

Hey guys,

I'm two seconds away from ordering headers for my 01 cl-s and I was, as of last nite, going to order the group buy from the acura cl board (ceramics). Now I hear you have a header that supposedly gives more horsepower (SSAV6). Do you have dyno or any other info you could pass along? There are a LOT of peeps on the board that wld be very interested in this seemingly new development.

Thanks!

so, no diff b/n old and "new"
