NEW NAVI CD v2.11

Does anybody have the new navi cd v2.11?

If so what are the major differences?

IS THE VOICE DIFFERENT??????????

Yes, it's slower and the voice is different.
By the way, it's a DVD not CD.

Mine seems to go at the same speed that it always has.

The voice is only different if you're coming from earlier then v2.05
