New mod - headlight reminder

I have the auto on headlights from my Clifford alarm and during the day, when I'm driving, I can't tell if the lights are on or off. Not that it's a big deal, I just wanna know. Obviously I can tell when I turn off the car and open the door and hear the chime.

The light on the dimmer switch is too dim to see, even at night. So I wired in an LED. I cut a hole out and popped the LED in. I pulled the bulb and soldered the leads onto the socket.

Here it is.....shitty picture (camera phone) but you get the idea.

Looks great, but wouldn't it have been easier to just check on the stalk?

I can tell when my headlights are on during the day because I cant see the gauges! The black digits get backlit. Perhaps your interior lights arent part of the Clifford system though?

I'm starting to wish I didn't post this.

I have a TLP, no white faced gauges, so it's tough to see if the dash lights are on during the day.

Do you really want me to answer that question?

I didn't see that you had auto-on headlights. In that case, nice mod.
