New here ... hi!

Hi everyone,

My name is Pavel, i'm 20. I've owned a '03 3.2 CL-S 6spd for the past 2 years. I always liked the car, but never considered it special because it's fwd. Times have changed, and I changed as well. For the past several years I've been working on 240sx's. Here is a pic of my last 240:

So I finally decided to quit drifting because it just gets ridiculously expensive and Canadian sponsors pay no attention to this sport. Here is a video of the last track day to anyone interested:
http://www.sequence-garage.com/driftpractice.mov

I just ordered hawk hp-s pads for the CL, as well as a prokit. Hoping to make the car a bit more fun to drive without modifying it to the point where it becomes very illegal

This is a great forum and I'm hoping to become part of the comunity. I will be posting progress pics of the CL over the next little while. Thanks!

haha, never really took pics of it, but here:

The 240 was being built in the garage, so the CL had to live in the snow.

The car started shaking too much at 220, so i couldn't take a pic. It wouldn't actually accelerate more than that... wind resistance I guess.

Here is a pic of my 240 :p

That's a pretty sweet drift beast you had going there. You're not going to sell it are you?

Anyways, welcome to the forum, and have fun modding

Yikes, that's like 171mph. Impressive.

Where did you do your high speed runs?

The car is completely parted out now. I can't afford a track-only car yet. Besides, I can always do it again and even better next time around. The great thing about 240s is that for under 15g's CDN you can make them basically untouchable on the streets and very competent at the track.

yeah those bastards are pretty fun to drive. my first car was a 1993 240SX red.
i loved that car. i should have spent money on modding it instead on bitches.
ur car doens't leave u or complain when u push it some more. Poccnr, did u scoot the engine back some to get that intercooler in there? That looks like a '92 coupe that you've got there. Right on man.

The car was an '89 hence the pignose look. The engine was a 97 SR20DET with a turbo upgrade. It sat in a stock location, however I had to modify the stock rad support to make the intercooler work.

I just received my Hawk HP-S pads and Eibach Prokit. I'll be tinting windows next week and looking for wheels as well. Then i'm just going to put a sub in and leave the car at that. I don't want to attract too much police attention to myself anymore.

If you're from Toronto as well, you should come out to CSCS Beach Burnout event this Sunday (www.cscs.ca). It'll be an insane weekend. I'm gonna run the 1/4 and see what the car does stock, but Grand Bend is the fastest drag strip in Ontario, so hopefully the car will run a mid 14.
