I bthink the only thing to watch out for if contemplating this mod is that if you retrofit the accord foglights using the the supplied black 'frame/bracket' thingy, you 'll end up with cross-eyed foglights...

no on the other hand if youre gonna do what Im doing, you can probably cut out a hole in the '03 'vents' and place just the light housing in there for a straight-eye look

As long as they are mounted behind the housing I think they look great. I mean it looks good when they are cut to fit 'inside' the parking lamp socket as well but I think it looks a lot better when its mounted behind.
