Hmmm, BMW to an Acura, i havent met many people who have taken that step before...

I was in the market for a 330ci also before i bought the CL, and sometimes regret not having gone with the bimmer - could you tell me what you like about the CL over the bimmer, and what u miss about the bimmer that is not present in the CL?

Welcome to Azine and enjoy the CL-S!

I'm wondering the same as the above (pros and cons between the 330ci and the CL-S), also what color did you get?

It happens all the time. The (old) Lady who owned my Cl-S 6MT before me traded it in at our BMW store for a 530. She went back about 3 weeks later to try to buy her old car back, but it was already mine. She kept the BMW for about 4 more months and now drives a TL.

That's right, my CL-S 6MT was an old ladies car

To the OP, welcome and pray to the transmission Gods every night before you go to sleep.

Thanks everyone for the love. Anyways the car has 87,000 and just had the tranny recall done about 3k miles ago. The car runs perfect and I love the look. I sold my 330 because maintenance was pritty expensive, a new clutch and window regulaters cost me 2g's the last time I took it in and it only had 50,000 miles. Even though it was a 5sp I still think my CL-s is a bit faster. Anyways I hope to be happy CL-s owner.

Quick question. I just bought an 03 with 51000 on it. What do you need in order for them to do the transmission recall?

Yea I quickly browsed through the official 2nd cl info thread on the transmission/ reason ect ect. But I did not see anything that I could print and present to a dealership if my transmission does fail.
