New car with alignment problem?

A co-worker picker up an accord on Saturday with 17 miles on it, when she was driving it home the car was pulling to the right. She took it back to the dealer and they said they'd fix it, but it was likely caused by potholes in front of the dealership. Does this sound legit or could there be something more that they are not saying? Like maybe a guy from the dealer got into an accident and they replaced some of the suspension on the right side and it is pulling from that?

Thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Could have been slammed into a curb while on a test drive. That wouldn't necessarily cause suspension damage but would screw up the alignment. Did that in my dad's sable when I was 17 .

So it may have just been that, nothing structural at all....

I may go out and take a look at the car since it is here today.

Maybe she will want to race?
