I installed new EBC rotors and greenstuff pads on New Years Day. Not immediately, but in the time since I have developed a scraping noise that is rotational. Any idea what is causing it?

Probably one of the retaining clips for the pads is loose and rubbing on the rotor.

 

will it wear off or do I need to go back in and fix it?

 

Would be a good idea to get it fixed. If not for any other reason, just to get rid of that annoying noise. It's probably causing unneeded wear on the rotor and pads too. If you got it done at a shop, tell them, and they should fix it.

 

Your going to have to take it apart to check. A noise like that you should see the cause once you take it apart.

 

Had the same issue on my brake install. Mine was one of the back brake pad clips. It was annoying as hell until I located which clip it was, repositioned it and then presto, five minutes later I was in heaven because the noise was gone.
