neo car jukebox help

ok so i just had a neo car jukebox installed but it doesnt work right. for those of you that dont know, its a Hard Drive used to store mp3's that comes with a wired LCD remote in order to play them.

anyways, it will play like for a mintue and then it will freeze up. when it freezes up, the hard drive just starts to beep until i turn it off.

i dont know where they tapped in to get power to it.

my question is: if the hard drive is not getting a constat 12v of power it wont work, right? where can i tap into in order to get a constant 12v?

hope this makes sense. i'll ask the installer where they wired it to to get power to it.

I also have a neo jukebox but don't have any problems with it. Try looking for an accessory fuse spot in either of the fuse boxes and use a "connect-a-circuit" to tap into the power. Or you can get it right from the ignition if you're alittle more savvy.
I can help you alittle more if you need, just pm me.

Also, if you think its a neo jukebox issue check out this site...

When I say "Tap" I mean splicing into power for an accessory and using it to power to neo. What accesorry? Say the cigarette lighter/power outlet. Just an example.

You would be doing something like this

Although this is a bit ghetto. They sell they fuse holders w/ 1 wire coming out so that you plug the fuse holder in the fuse block and have a power wire coming out to connect to the neo. If you aren't electrical savvy I recommend taking it to an audio shop, they'll be able to do it in minutes (if you have all the wires run already).
